Craft services may include choices of: lots of bottled water, coke & pepsi products, other assorted sodas, juices, hot tea, coffee and decaf, cream and sugars. Bagels and cream cheese, coffeecake, croissants, breakfast bars, fresh fruits, veggie platter & dip, good cheeses and crackers, granola bars, yogurts, chips, bag snacks, candy bars, mints and gum, cookies, and other assorted goodies of the chef's choice. Tylenol, Kleenex and other incidentals provided for your comfort. *Craft services vary daily and cover continental breakfast through afternoon snacks. Preferences gladly received. Please mention any food allergies or sensitivities.
Only the finest ingredients are used in preparing your foods. You & your clients will love it!
All equipment, service pieces and paper products are included in the cost.
Craft Service costs:
- $7 per person for morning food/drink costs
- $5 per person for afternoon food/drink costs
- $200/day rate to maintain the table all day (includes lunch set up)
- $20/day to deliver one meal only (includes pick up)
- $150/day rate for assistant if crew/cast is over 30 people
Hot Breakfast costs:
- $3.50 per person in addition to craft service costs. Eggs made to order, omelettes, ham, bacon or sausage or breakfast burritos (varying daily)
- $1.50 per person for each additional hot item: Potatoes, plain or blueberry pancakes, waffles, sausage gravy & biscuits (Breakfast breads included in craft service cost)
Lunch costs:
- $10 per person for one entree, salad or soup, and dessert
- $13 per person for two entrees, salad or soup, and dessert
- $7.95 for box lunches, includes cold entrée, 2 small side salad choices and a cookie
